These terms apply to your use of selectatest.com, operated by SelectATest, a DBA of Jagers Enterprises, Inc., 5330 Bay Side Dr, Orlando, FL 32819. Email: labservices@selectatest.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. The service

SelectATest lets adults order lab tests online. Each order is reviewed by an independent licensed physician, who issues the lab requisition. You then visit a participating lab to give your sample, and your results are delivered through your secure portal.

2. Not medical care

SelectATest does not diagnose or treat any condition and does not replace care from your own doctor. Talk with a healthcare professional about your results. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and order tests for yourself, using accurate information that matches your photo ID.

4. Orders and payment

Prices are shown before you pay and are charged when you place your order. Some tests may not be available in every state. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us before you visit the lab.

5. Your results

Results come from the testing laboratory. We are not responsible for lab delays or for a sample the lab cannot test; contact us and we will help you arrange next steps.

6. Text message terms

Program: SelectATest Account Notifications.

SelectATest sends text messages only about your account and orders: one-time sign-in codes, and a notice that your results are ready. A results text never says what was tested or what was found; it only tells you to sign in to your secure portal. We do not send marketing texts.

You receive texts only if you opt in, by checking the optional “Text me…” box at checkout, or by entering your mobile number to request a sign-in code. Message frequency varies (usually 1 to 3 messages per order). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages, solely to send them.

7. Your account

Keep your sign-in codes private. You are responsible for activity that uses your email or mobile number to sign in.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, SelectATest is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with its date.
