This hair drug test checks for marijuana (THC), cocaine, amphetamines, opiates, PCP, and the expanded opiates hydrocodone, hydromorphone, oxycodone, and oxymorphone over roughly the past 90 days.
This adds common prescription pain medications to the standard hair panel for a fuller opioid picture over the same 90-day window.

Hair testing shows a pattern of drug use over roughly the last 90 days, not the last few days, so it is not a good choice if you need to know about very recent use.
