SelectATest Account Notifications is a text message program run by SelectATest, a DBA of Jagers Enterprises, Inc., 5330 Bay Side Dr, Orlando, FL 32819. Email: labservices@selectatest.com. It sends account and order messages only, never marketing.

What we text

One-time sign-in codes for your secure patient portal
A notice that your results are ready. It never says what was tested or what was found.

Messages come from (855) 752-4578. Message frequency varies, usually 1 to 3 messages per order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also email labservices@selectatest.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How you opt in

1. At checkout. Below the mobile phone field, an optional checkbox (unchecked by default) reads:

Opting in is not required to place an order.

2. On the sign-in page. When you type your mobile number to request a sign-in code, the page shows:

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
